Dreadful experience with this garage, Customer Service is not something they excel at! Sarcasm is not an endearing quality neither is being charged for a quotation, once we decided not to take them up on their offer to fit a new engine for £3850 to a car worth about £3500 we were then told there was an outstanding balance of £54 and if we didn’t pay it we couldn’t have the car, we were also told the cost was for “pushing it around, diagnosing the fault and storage” at no point prior to this were we told there was going to be a cost for any of the reasons given. All your response does is endorse my statement about being sarcastic!! You should be ashamed with yourself, the truth will prevail mark my words!
We have recently purchased a car from Turners. Having visited and test driven a car twice I can honestly say that the service we have received so far was second to none. Lovely, relaxed showroom and not once did either of us feel pressured in anyway. We were helped by Peter on both occasions who is not only very helpful and polite but also knew all the answers to our questions & concerns and also helped us find the perfect car for our needs. Thank you so much for all you have done. Look forward to seeing you when it comes to servicing and MOT time.
Great friendly service at good price highly recommend Turner's
Excellent service from Turners of Erlestoke. Have used them previously, but had heard that they were no longer Skoda dealers so went to an Audi-V.W. service centre near my home with a previous Skoda. However yesterday, 29th July 2020, I had an issue with a holed radiator and rang some of the 'big boys' to be told 'nah mate it'll be two weeks before we can look at it' and 'hmm be end of next week and probably cost you about eight hundred plus' this on a car I've had for five weeks. A call to Skoda U.K. suggested Turners and told me that they are an authorised full service centre so I called them and spoke to Kevin........'bring it in he said and we will see what we can do but in honesty it's likely to be early next week'. RAC man duly did so and car left with them. Whilst there friendly mechanic chap asked for the keys and took it in to the workshop, an hour later a phone call describing the issue and a quote given. Go ahead was my instruction............guess what ?? Phone call this afternoon next day car is ready to be collected !!! Now that is service, great service. Grateful thanks Kevin & team absolutely first class and really appreciated.
