BE AWARE! Do not go to these solicitors for any help! Be aware that they are very rude & impolite. The have no communications skills, they mislead clients and provide a terrible service. They have a very unprofessional way of dealing with cases and can be very offensive towards clients. I will surely be taking them to court for their unprofessional manner of behaving with myself. The directors of the company were very rude to me and I was speechless to see how they talk to their clients!!! This company had dealt with my personal injury claim and because of the poor service provided and miscommunication I have been offered an amount which I am not happy with. They are not clear at all in updating their clients and mislead them. For example in my case, where my case worker put an offer thorough to the defendant of £10,000,00 and I was told that I should be getting around £7,000.00 after deducting their fee if the defendant accepts this offer but what happend is that my case worker had left and I had got a new case worker who comes along and does not notify me what the defendants response was! Weather they accepted the offer of 10,000,00 or not? All he says is they made an offer for £7,000,00 are you happy with that and of course I was as my previous case worker told me that if it gets accepted you shall receive £7,000,00 after taking our 25% fee. The case worker not once mentioned that from that £7,000,00 they will deduct their 25% fee and they send me a cheque in the post for £4,901.00. I was so disappointed and when raised a formal complaint I found the managers and directors of the company so rude over the phone, talking with attitude as if it is my fault for their miscommunication. I still have a an going complaint with them and taking legal action because of their negligence. This company can lead you to be so distressed and you will be wasting your time to always chase them up. So kindly be aware of them.
