Daniel and Harry did a very professional job of taking 3 metres off the height of our birch tree, thinning the crown and raising the crown by 3m from the base. I have seen other silver birches in the area cut back too hard ruining their shape, but I had no need to be concerned with this happening with Turner Tree Care. I'm very happy with the result. Several large shrubs were also reduced in height to 2.5m from 5m+ and this was also done well. The quote process was good, the men turned up on time, were courteous and professional and were very tidy removing the debris. Highly recommended.
Such a great job! Today, I had a couple of my overgrown trees trimmed in our garden. The guys turned up on time, did an amazing job and sorted all the debris. Couldn’t be happier. Nothing was a problem, highly recommend this company!

The guys Daniel and Nick were punctual, considerate, tidy and very polite. I needed an extra job doing on top of the agreed jobs, it was ran past Pete for a quote and it was sorted and agreed really quickly. Excellent work by the guys from Turner Tree Care. They turned up on time, were very tidy and polite and did a fantastic job. The tree they removed was about 10m. All debris was removed through the house as mid terrace but they put mats on the floor and walls to protect from and scratches.

Rude, aggressive and antagonistic staff who literally laughed in my face and refused to move their vehicles and incredibly noisy wood chipper which they kept running away from my front door/window where they had parked - blocking access and terrifying my pets and the elderly couple next door - over two days, to the empty car park - of the actual company that had hired them - less than 10m away! Manager refused to give name and deliberately kept being rude/childish just so he could blame me for becoming irrate! Called the Police and they eventually moved their vehicles/wood chipper but threw all their chainsaws and other equipment on my front garden and had to be asked by the Police to move that as well.
