Turner Automotive is a family business specialising in the service and repairs of BMW and MINI vehicles in Twickenham and the West London area. We have been established for over 30 years, have over 70 years combined knowledge of BMW and MINI and have built strong and lasting relationships with our customers that are based on trust.

Our Master technician, Barrie Rowles, is ATA accredited with over 22 years of BMW main dealer and head office experience. We have invested in all of the latest equipment and with such a wealth of experience and expertise.

We also pride ourselves on being able to not just service your car but also diagnose and repair even the most difficult of faults, whilst also providing advice and help about ways that you can avoid costly damage from occurring in the future.

Excellent specialist garage, Barrie is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I've used the garage to get my intake valves cleaned and do an oil service. Barrie's gone beyond my expectations, done an amazing job and did all the work in one day.

Finding a trustworthy car technician is not a challenge I relish, let alone a specialized BMW one. After years of owning BMWs, that have unfortunately come with their own challenges, I was speaking to a friend a number of years ago (probably about 5), on one of my car episodes, and he recommended Barrie to me. I have never looked back. Never have I trusted a mechanic with my car so much, and not only knowing that he’ll do a great, honest job, but that he’ll go over and above to help me and make sure I’m back on the road with a healthy car, not being cheated out of money like so many mechanics do when they see a clueless female driver coming their way with a panicked look on their face! On one of my BMWs – a Z4, I had electrical issues that had been intermittent, and after the car wouldn’t start one day, I got it to Turner Automotive garage and after diagnostics, needed to replace the instrument cluster. Barrie replaced this part and I had no further issues with the car. I currently have a 1 Series coupe which very unfortunately one day had the timing chain snap. The car was towed to a main dealer who quoted me some hideous amount to replace the engine. I got the car to Barrie and he re-built the entire engine so the car ran like new. The service I receive at this garage is unrivaled, and I have never received this sort of personalised service from anywhere else, and I doubt I’ll ever find it again. I would highly recommend this garage, you’ll never find this kind of trustworthy service anywhere else!

Recently had an oil service and MOT on my 320d, carried out by Barrie and his Dad. Was a very straightforward process and work was carried out on time at at the price quoted. Quite refreshing compared to main dealers.
