The stylist was 25 minutes late for my appointment.  At that point I had run out of time before my next appointment, so had to leave.  A waste of more than an hour including driving time.

What a fabulous salon! The staff are warm and friendly and the service utterly professional. I will be back...I'm booked in already!  Highly recommended.
