We went for lunch in Turnbull's deli today and I'm on a diet, there was nothing on the menu that I thought would fit in with the diet I'm following, so I ordered just a side salad and explained why that was all I wanted. The young woman that served us came back and asked if I would like tomatoes and carrot added to my salad as it was just a green leaf salad normally. When the salad came out it was a lot larger than I expected and no extra cost was added. I was very impressed with the service and would recommend them to anyone.

A great little tea room in the centre of Shaftesbury with brightly coloured yet soiled crockery . The cake selection at 2pm on Saturday afternoon was dried out turned over and poorly displayed.
