If your planning on doing renovations strongly suggest that you set up a cash account as this company is incredibly helpful and has extremely competitive prices.
Went here for some wood screws. The public counter was unmanned but lot's of people sat at there computers. Nobody looked at me or spoke as I wandered around. Couldn't find what I wanted but nobody took any notice of my presence so I walked out.nWon't be returning to this unhelpful, unwelcoming business again.
