I love the vegan falfel pitta with chips.majority of what is on the menu is vegan so take full advantage of the delicious food. I would definitely go back and order it all over again.
Very premium shisha available here at this lounge. Aishah has amazing customer service Skills and will go all out to treat her customers as best as she can. 100% recommend this lounge to all people around the world! Menu has a diverse range of flavours
It's a nice place to chill with your friends The ambiance is nice, good customer service You can pick lot many flavours as per your wish
I don't necessarily use them as a shisha bar but mainly go there to pick up takeaway falafel/halloumi wraps/box/pita.
This lounge is very different compared to others I’ve been in a good day. Only downfall is no card payments however the shisha flavours, the layout and the staff make up for it. Aishah has a friendly tone to her and always makes sure our tables are okay. And she is good with cats!
Good staff and sheesha was well made as well. Fair prices and good ambience. The front entrance is a bit misleading since we almost left when we saw it from outside but you understand the real place once you go in. Just took once star off since i feel the toilets could do a bit better since there was no paper towels and there were no separate toilets for men and women. Otherwise a very good place.
Probably one of the best lounges I have been to, a very nice ambient atmosphere, great customer service, staff are very polite and helpful, management even makes sure you are having a good time. One of the staff members that stood out to me was Aisha, she was mainly coming out to me to top up coals etc, she is very kind and has a sweet soul. She is always running around has a good work ethic, can also make ur day by her smile and her very interesting conversations. Check them out u won’t regret it!!!
I visit Tunnel Lounge quite often & the Lounges ambience particularly in the evenings is so relaxing. I have had great Customer Service from Aishah, nothing is too much, I usually like the heating on as in Winter it can be cold. However she always makes my visit a comfortable & relaxing time there. Once my Shisha was too strong & she immediately made it softer & less harsh for me. Great service & always with a smile 5*.
Decent chill for quick shisha if in area but I personally do not rate the shisha here. We were told to order 3 shishas. We ordered 3 premium ones. 2 of them were okay smokeable but the third one wasn't that nice, and when asked if we can change the flavour, we were denied. We know our flavours abd shishas. Other places we have visited, even where we've spent money on food and drinks have provided better service and offered to change flavour. Probably wouldn't visit here again.
We found this place by chance and it turned out to be the best shisha place we have been into recently. 5* staff: helpful, polite, friendly and accommodating make this unpretentious and a little rough spot a hidden gem. Even the entrance to the back of a bar falafel bar through a tunnel making ode to the name makes it unique. Truly a hidden gem I'll keep going back to. Note just for shisha and bottled soft drinks though.
