Been in d&a couple of times, great people and extremely helpful, I went in for a umbrella and came out with a shelter also,, they know exactly what I was after and go above a lot of other's, will return again and again,,,, fantastic for parking also, thanks again,,,, terry
Darren and his family have always been very helpful and supportive of my son and his passion for fishing. They all go above and beyond in guiding a complete novice me not my son when purchasing bits for him. Lovley service and great quality items Wouldn’t go anywhere else
After traveling from Liverpool to allhallows I left my unhooking mat behind, I went to d&a and can honestly say I've never felt so welcome in a tackle shop before, very helpful and I will definitely be calling in again in the near future
Always extremely helpful with good advice. Very reasonably priced especially if you want a cheap but good quality rod and reel set. Have purchased a couple for my 13 year old son. Well worth the money.
A really good well stocked shop, very friendly and helpful staff and reassuring to see still adhering to covid rules of wearing face masks once inside the shop. I have used this shop a couple of times and have always been happy with my purchases, definitely my new go-to shop!!
Very disappointed after travelling over from Sittingbourne having phoned and being told they have much stock i drove over to purchase some boat rods. only to be refused entry at the door unless I wear a mask.. unfortunately this wasn't possible for myself as I am exempt and struggle to breath with severe asthma and lung issues being on a warmer day wearing a mask makes it nearly impossible for me to.. no question of negative test or even acknowledgement of when I said im exempt.. just no entry.. this should be noted on your website and also mentioned when people call the shops.. to be honest I'm very disappointed as have basically been refused entry over a disability.. the lack of communication I felt was rude and had no time to ask or even offer for the two current customers to leave when finished and allow entry for just one seeing as there was no cue.. unfortunately you have now lost a potential new customer and suggest would suggest that its addressed for future reference to save embarrassments for future disabled clients.. again very poorly handled and no doubt being young judged on first impressions over taking the time to resolve the problem.
Called in on Friday for the first time. The owner could not do enough for me. He spent loads of time explaining and giving advice. Bought a lovely rod, bait first class. Will not be using anyone else in the future.
Great shop with a fantastic customer service, cannot recommend enough. Told the guys I was new to fishing and needed help getting started they couldn't of helped anymore and very honest about what I would need rather then trying to over sell any of their products. Will be back 100%.
