A nice place for a change! My son loves it and practically disappears for the whole visit. The venue is quite clean, although some of the equipment shows signs of wear. Time slots can make it busy during peak hours. Parking at the venue is small, but nearby at Council Parking you can park for free for up to 2 hours a short walk away. The staff are friendly, and the session lasts 1 hour 45 minutes. Best suited for younger children aged 3–6. Entry is around £10. Food is a bit pricey and average.
Love Tumble Town. The staff couldn't be more friendly, polite, welcoming and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Very clean and tidy. My 2 year old Grandaughter absolutely loves it. Great value for money. Would highly recommend.
Extortionate prices and freezing!nnI took my 3 yr old and 5 yr old today and was charged £23.50 just for entry, which is completely extortionate for what’s offered - especially when they don’t even have a big slide like most softplays. To make matters worse, the entire place was absolutely freezing. I had to keep my coat on the whole time and could barely feel my toes - not exactly a comfortable environment for young children.nnAlthough most of the younger staff seemed friendly, the older lady was very abrupt and unwelcoming. This was actually my second visit. I remember leaving the first time thinking this particular staff member was rude, but decided to give the place another chance. Unfortunately, I left again today feeling disappointed by the experience.nnI won’t be returning and certainly wouldn’t recommend this place to other families.
I've deleted a previous review as it was a 1 star and from many years ago. Came on the weekend. All of the girls behind the counter were lovely, very friendly, and seemed like they actually enjoyed their jobs! The soft play is clean, well kept and a nice vibe. It would be good to have some tables down the right hand side if they fit, just so that parents can keep an eye on their children in the bigger bit. But other than that, I'll be coming more often now it's clearly improved!
Disappointed by my visit today with my baby who is very active and can crawl/ climb. The baby section does not offer much for babies to do and costs £4.75!! Also, older children keep coming into the baby section and the staff do nothing. Really not at all worth it for babies.
