Great food, great people, great service and the best Indian food in St Andrews. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
A very delicious meal and friendly staff.
On a cold winters night Tulsi was a warm and welcoming place. Friendly attentive staff were great. Food was very good and served on a good frequency with just the right gaps to make dinner a full experience meal. We loved it and would recommend / will be back !
Delicious Indian and Thai food Great service
I've been a couple of times whilst visiting. Food is excellent, price is decent considering St Andrews, service is quick, and portion size is about right.
Great variety of very tasty food and very accommodating, even works for large groups despite its size. Set menus are also a very good price. 100% recommend.
Best indian I've had. I was sceptical when entering as the staff particularly the older ones gave off a rude attitude. However the menu seemed great and all the Curry's we ordered where hot and really tasty. Even the rice was very very well cooked I must recommend you try this restaurant.
