Friendly management (note they are under new management now!) and beautician, lovely conversation and even better service. Took care of me with refreshments and such a caring and professional approach. Waxing was done really well and I left with perfect eyebrows :) Prices are good as well.

The staff are not very experienced. I would avoid going to this "salon" the beautician was barely treading my eyebrows and I feel she lacked experience. The salon standards are also very basic. Waxing should be avoided as it wasn't very hot and she pulled my skin and then applied aloe vera gel. Not a good experience- southall has tons more salons that offer suitable treatments

AVOID this salon. I have been to this salon twice since the new management came in- i would not go again.

First time i went, the worker was very rude and inexperienced. She kept going off to her phone every 20 seconds to text, saying "sorry i just need to tell my mum something" ... I was getting my face and eyebrows waxed- she left large patches untouched, and didn't shape my eyebrows well. When i advised areas i wanted her to correct, she was huffing and puffing and even still didn't correct them properly. She then also had a bunch of friends seated in the store, and was gossiping and not paying attention at all. When turning the chair, she banged my head/ feet on the walls several times- and apologised, stating its because i'm too tall (I'm actually just avg height). Left the store very unsatisfied 

I thought i'd give it another chance as i previously went here and never had problems before. (Later found out that there was new management). This time it was another lady, she was again inexperienced. The wax was cold, she was pulling and tugging at my face. Going over the same area multiple times as she didn't pull in correct direction. At the end she put aloe vera on my face, it stung and burned... She then went on to cover my face in powder in an attempt to disguise the wounds. When i removed the powder, there was large areas of peeled skin. I told the manager , she and the worker was apologetic. However i now have large cuts and scabs on my face..

I have talked to a few people since regarding this incident, they had similar experiences, and wouldn't go again either. 

Advice to management- I have never come online to write a negative review, but I feel it was so bad that others should be warned. You are losing customers, either hire people who are qualified to do there job, or train your current staff..
