A spacious, promising new development tucked away from the main road through to Wigan. Though a large development, the houses vary in design, so don't all look the same.nBeing modern in design, the external look can take a bit of getting used to if you are used to more traditional designs.nThat said, the internal layouts are really good and make the most of the space.nFixtures/fittings are of excellent quality andnI was really impressed by how airy and light the houses are inside.nWell positioned for local towns and the M6 motorway, my main concern would be the size of development and the continuation for around another 3yrs before completion.nIf you don't mind living on a building site for the foreseeable, it's a great option.
