What a happy place to visit. You are always made to feel welcome and all the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. I’ve found that no question is too silly to ask. Whether simply investigating a possible holiday destination, adding extras to a booking or even buying foreign currency I’ve found the staff can’t do enough to help. As I said above, all staff are professional and eager to help but I would like to highlight Liz, Janet, Lisa and Louise. We’ve booked three holidays this year and look forward to visiting the store next year for our next one. Thank you for everything.

We booked a recent trip to Turkey through this shop, and the service and knowledge from the staff Special mention to Liz was exceptional. They gave us lots of information about specific areas, as well as recommending hotels based on what we as a family were looking for.  The whole process was excellent and we had a fantastic holiday in a stunning hotel / area. Will definitely be using the shop again

Went in today and had a lovely experience with Erin. Thanks so much Erin hopefully next time we see you we’ll book the Dominican. Erin helped us a lot and we found no question was silly. She also explained things very easily and her advice was great! Thanks again Erin

Katy helped us book a holiday to Mexico & was so patient and helpful during the whole experience! She actually ended up opening our eyes to more areas that were better suited & found us a holiday package that suits perfect! Definitely recommend

Karen was very helpful and managed to get us a holiday for summer 2024. She arranged everything for us including seating us all together on the flight.  We need a bit of everything when we go on holiday as some of the kids have disabilities and only like certain foods and activities she managed to.get us all that. I would defently recommend Karen.

Just booked time on the sun! We had been attended by Mairead, who looked after all our expectations. She took extra mile to make sure we get all we need from where we want to go, temperature, hotel facilities to insurance cover. Very polite and professional service, has a great time with smile over whole procedure of booking. I just booked our autumn Mediterranean cruise with Liz.  She gave me great advice on the various options we were considering.  Liz found answers to my questions really quickly and made the arrangements with the cruise line promptly.  Altogether an excellent service and I feel in safe hands.  Thanks, Tui Ft Kinnaird!

Popped into TUI Fort Kinnaird today and had the pleasure of Erin helping us find our perfect cruise. She was a lovely young girl and was extremely pleasant and so helpful. What she wasn't sure about, she asked her colleague for assistance. A credit to TUI.

I have been helped to book holidays by Lisa in TUI at Fort Kinnaird on several occasions. Cannot recommend Lisa or the shop enough, an entirely bespoke personalised service with no limit as to how much help and advice or time they’re willing to give you. Absolutely outstanding!

Liz was fantastic in store today, I had trouble booking online or through the phone but I came into store and she dealt with everything and got it booked in a record time because I was on a time crunch on the way to work! Amazing customer service.
