Jane at Tui Westwood cross has helped us book our honeymoon today and we couldn’t be happier! Amazing service as always, I wouldn’t go anywhere else, she is patient and understands what’s important us. We popped into TUI WWX at the weekend with our 3yo daughter. We were welcomed by all who passed us despite clearly being busy. We sat with Amy and explained our hopes to go to a specific hotel at a specific time. The stars aligned as Amy had been to that hotel twice before and made us feel even more at ease that we’d chosen the right place to go as a family. Amy was bubbly, friendly and very sweet to our little one who quickly made herself at home with colouring books! Amy gave us a real personalised booking experience and I’m so excited to get into the sun! Thank you Amy and team x

I highly recommend using the TUI Westwood cross store to book holidays and excursions. Kelly has been assisting with our holiday and booked all of our excursions for us and she has gone above and beyond to look after us and help ensure that we have the best experience, we are now so excited to take of couple of weeks. We will definitely be returning in the very near future to get the next holiday in place.

I recently booked a Holiday for next year with TUI. I visited the store today to sort out an issue that was completely my fault. I have to commend the team at Westwood Cross for sorting it out efficiently and effectively. Nothing was too much trouble. Myself and my partner went to the Westwood cross branch to book our accommodation for our wedding/ honeymoon. Our travel agent MEG was amazing. She went above and beyond what she needed to and ensured that we understood everything. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area along with took the time to look at excursions for us. MEG has definitely made my and my partner want to book our next holiday though a travel agent as she made the whole process quick and easy. Amazing couldn't fault. Emma was fantastic helping us book our first holiday. I was very stressed and nervous about the whole booking situation but Emma made me feel so at ease made the process so easy and had the best laugh in store thank you so much.
We booked a holiday yesterday with Claudia. She was just fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble and she was able to answer all our questions.
