I always use TUI for my holidays, and I'm never disappointed. This is my first time booking through the Walsall branch and I really want to thank Manager Vicki and team member Elizabeth who sorted my holiday for me. Elizabeth was really helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got the best price and date. Just downloaded the app like she told me and its great so easy to keep track of my holiday and make payments etc.  Thank you again ladies, so nice to have a holiday to look forward too.

The customer service at Tui Walsall was so professional and the staff are just lovely. Alice in particular was just amazing in helping us book our dream holiday. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about the places we were looking to go- a true credit to the team. Will definitely be returning for our holidays in the future!

Really amazing service today at Tui Walsall! Staff were welcoming on the front desk and then was seen straight away by Louise. She was very helpful & knowledgeable booking us our dream holiday to Jamaica. Will definitely book here again.

Rang Walsall store to ask a query Julie answered the call but was unable to help us straight away but rang back within 5 minutes, when we went into store to book our holiday we asked for Julie she was very friendly and very professional and got us a good deal on our holiday!! We would definitely recommend to visit store and speak to Julie we will definitely rebook with Julie

we recently booked a holiday to Ibiza with Louise from the TUI Walsall branch, Louise was a great help and found a hotel that suited all our needs , this is our second holiday booking with tui Walsall and we will definitely be booking more with them in the future .

Only visited here for our holiday money but the staff where extremely helpful and friendly and you always get a warm welcome from the front desk when you enter.

Worst store I've been too.went in to pay my holiday off and add my son and the call agent put the wrong information in to the API and now nobody can change it and are saying it's a technical error. I've been in five times and told five different times it will be sorted by tomorrow..... My holiday is now next week and I have been told I have to pay to select seats as I can't select seats for free like everyone else because of their technical error..... I mean why should I pay because of TUI's error? And then to be told to phone because I booked online, I've phoned that many times and they either say it'll be fixed in 24 hours or don't answer for two hours. I've been in that much stress it's not worth booking with this store as they won't help you when they mess up your booking and will fob you off by saying it will be sorting to get you out of store and lie to you or just ask for money to fix the problem when they should be fixing it for free!
