Very poor response in store. Two staff busy- two not. Approached one at the cruise desk who asked if I wanted to book and then told me to go and wait in the seating area until the lady on the phone had finished. Very offhand and unfriendly! Second time in the last few weeks ! Walked out in disgust. Won't be going in there again!

Huge shop for booking your holidays... loads of desks and people around to help you. Magazines all around and a small play area for kids to entertain them while you are browsing.
