Thanks again to the team for setting me up for our honeymoon holiday. Michael with the glasses from start to finish was an absolute gentleman and ensured no stone was left unturned. He recommended the most perfect hotel and also sorted our currency. Without people like him we would have booked online and had a real impersonal time away. Keep doing what you’re doing team.

My Wife and i have just returned from TUI in Cheshire Oaks and the service was fantastic.  We were welcomed by a Lovely lady on reception who took our enquiry and was very helpful.  We then seen Shirley who booked our Cruise and she was amazing, so friendly and knowledgeable and she is a credit to the store.  Thank you for making the booking of a Holiday so joyful and with such ease.

H hmmm! I don't really understand this place. Large and bright inside with a dozen staff..... and no customers. The lady who attended us was nice and friendly. However, the biggest problem is that all they do is go on the computer and book the holiday as you would at home on your own computer? Flight times, luggage, then place, transfers etc. No discounts well nothing for ours or any difference between what you can get yourself. We ended up booking a very similar holiday not with TUI for £500 less skiing holiday in Andorra and that was each .

Went in today to book a holiday and I got currency when was there. The staff were very friendly and professional. They couldn’t do enough to help us find our dream holiday. We even had a cup of tea while we were there. We will defiantly be returning for our next holiday. Thank you all again for making our experience so easy.

2nd holiday Helen has booked for us and would highly recommend.  Very knowledgeable, friendly and got us a great price.  This one is a special holiday and we wanted to make sure everything was right which Helen did for us totally stress free.  Clearly has a passion for holidays and great service.  Thanks Helen!

Great place to book a holiday. Staff really friendly, helpful and understand your requirements and find you the best holidays to suit you. From a weekend break, to a luxury holiday or just a chill out holiday near or far. Even if you just need currency they are always more than happy to help. Great team.

1 star is being nice!! Me and my friend booked a holiday joined together but for personal reasons I won’t be able to attend they told me that if I want to cancel it would be £125 on top of my deposit that I already payed for I was fine with paying that as long as it was cancelled. they DID NOT cancel it so my friend rang up and tried calling in for me as she’s lead passenger they told her they won’t be able to cancel it unless I ring up and even if I want the holiday cancelled I have to pay an extra £25 /£50 on top of the £200 I just payed even tho they told us different I rang up and I waited about 15minutes for somebody to answer the phone and when they finally picked up they were so rude on the phone and told me that I can’t cancel myself or the holiday and that only the lead passenger can do it even though they told my friend I had to do it I got the phone put down on me while still trying to talk to the woman on the phone I am not happy with this! They make up their own rules along the way. They are very rude and no where near belonging in the customer service industry. I will be taking this further to HQ very disgusted by the way me and my friend have been treated we have been polite and patient with TUI  but this has really taken it far we will not ever be joining up with TUI for our next holiday again.

It’s always a pleasure dealing with the Team In the Cheshire Oaks store. I have booked a number of holidays through them and it always fascinates me passion and knowledge the guys have for making sure you have the perfect holiday. I look forward to seeing you all again to book my next adventure

Thanks for sorting me and the wife out. Id never book online again! The young gent at the front think his name was Mike came over and talked through some trips. We booked 2 there and then after listening to his recommendation and they gave us a little discount too. We now dont have to waste our time when we get the hotel wondering what we can do. Looking forward to getting there now... 45 days and counting

Just spoke to Lauren Dilley, who was the most willing, helpful person I’ve ever spoken to at this store. She was so friendly and patient with all the queries I bombarded her with. When I next book through this store, I’ll definitely ask for Lauren. I think being great at giving good customer service is a talent, and Lauren has it, thank you.
