I always book my cruises with the staff at Hampton Thomson store at Peterborough. My main reasons are because they always strive to accommodate all my cruise requirements (and i am very demanding )and they don't give up until i have the holiday with the right price. My latest lady to excel was the marvellous Ashleigh Roberts. She found me and my husband a challenge and found us hilarious and amusing (we are 😁)!! But best of all she didn't give up until we had our holiday for 2018 on Thomson Explorer ship and we were happy. Well done young lady !!

What a large store to have just 3 travel agents seeing customers! On Friday we went to book flights and hotel for a wedding in Spain The girl on reception desk was extremely non plus about our arrival and struggled to focus and half heartedly took our details advising us it would be about 10 mins - so we waited! After nearly 20 mins and me catching the same girls eye she advised she would do it her self!!!! Still an extremely lack lustre encounter who made us feel like we were interrupting her day The first price they came up with was 3 times the online price we had so she tried a company they had to phone but they didn’t answer so we asked if she could find out prices and call us - we were told yes - we are still waiting!!!!!! 3 days later! We always use tui for our annual holiday and have had great service and prices - I hope this is a blip or we will use another tour operator in future Poor effort service and non competitive price

The staff are friendly, and put your mind at ease, but don't be fooled. Our flight was not booked correctly and almost cancelled, until i let them know their mistake. No welcome packs. Horel transfers booked so late we would have missed our flight. TUI ruined a perfect honeymoon and offered no form of fix.
