Charming helpful efficient young lady member of staff.  I just feel sorry I can't remember her name to mention here so the Manager can give her a commendation - she helped me today, 29th December book a flight as I had such problems with the web site accepting payment.

I was extremely pleased with the excellent customer service.  She will go far.

Recently travelled to Tui Sensimar Natura Palace on Lanzarote following agents advice. The hotel was very nice but we were 20 years too early. Disappointingly direct emails from Tui over the payment of the hotel balance, shop staff did not want to talk to us after we waited fir 20 minutes to speak to them because we didn't have an appointment . . .
