Since Covid, we have committed to using Tui as our choice of travel. We are quite experienced in our knowledge of booking as we check online and see what we like, and then go in store and book it face to face. We have always booked our holidays at TUI Eastleigh, all of the staff are super friendly and always happy to help. A special thanks to Sam for arranging our last holiday, the whole process was smooth from start to finish and we had a brilliant holiday. We will be back in to see you soon and book our next trip
Amazing customer service. Jackie pulled out all the stops to amend our holiday after we were given just over 2 weeks notice that there would be construction work at a hotel nearby. After a failed attempt to resolve the issue with Tui's call centre, I can't fault anything that Jackie did for us to ensure our holiday to the Dominican Republic would be exactly what we wanted. Thank you once again. Highly recommended.
We had a great experience booking a cruise & stay yesterday in Tui Eastleigh. Jacqui was fantastic explaining everything as this was our first cruise we've been on. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, so smooth. Can't wait for our holiday to start!! All the staff were so friendly in there.
My wife came into the store today to sort out a major issue with the online booking we had made. She spoke with Steven who was able to resolve the issue quickly, was tremendously helpful and friendly. We will be booking in store from now on as you cannot beat a face to face service with a human! :
We booked our holiday with Sam in the Tui Eastleigh Branch. Really impressed with how easy it was, Sam found us a fantastic deal. All of the staff are really friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be booking again!
I can't thank TUI enough, especially Tara for sorting out our holiday. We were due to go on a cruise for our 25th Anniversary on Saturday with freinds. On Friday my husband tested positive for covid. TUI gave us our options, made all the changes. and we're just brilliant. Even though we were extremely upset we couldn't all go, they made what was very stressfull much easier to deal with. Having never used a travel agent for years we were so happy with our experience at Tui in Eastleigh. From our initial phone call and then visiting the shop and meeting a lovely lady called Anita who gave us some good suggestions for our holiday and was very helpful and very knowledgeable. If we need to book a holiday again we will definitely return to this shop.
A huge thank you to Jacqui who helped us book our first ever holiday abroad!!! We only had a rough idea of where we wanted to go ie no more than 4 hours on a plane, an ok ish budget & a big dream in our heads of what we’d really like our first holiday to be like… Jacqui went above & beyond and found that dream Holiday and in budget!!! Because we are new to all this holidaying stuff she helped us with travel insurance, car parking and she has offered us to pop in a couple of weeks before our holiday to run through everything with us so we know what we’re doing!!!
