I am so sorry to give this negative feedback, but the combination of running very behind and the long time my elderly Mum was in her consultation, which should have taken about 20 mins[ it was a post cataract op check]. She eventually emerged having had fluoroscein drops[ why ?] so I then I wasn't able to administer her prescribed drops. Her check took 40 mins.Last time it was 20 mins. She was pretty tired. Meanwhile I had to listen to the clearly underemployed receptionists discuss their holidays,to cap it all one took a call from their doctor[ which I am sure they could have made more private] It was all very sloppy. Sorry  but not good
