Visited branch to discuss changing a holiday as flight times had been changed. Spoke with Natasha who was very professional, helpful and sorted out the new holiday very efficiently. After our holiday to Iceland was cancelled at the last minute we went to see Monika at the Poulton store. She was soooo helpful and went above and beyond to rebook us a holiday to Cyprus for the following day which was not easy for her to do!!! The hotel is fabulous and we are now relaxing in the glorious sunshine Thank you Monika!!!

We were left a voicemail to say there was a change to our holiday and to go into store. Wendi put us at ease and sorted everything really quickly for us! We always come into store to book as we trust the staff to go above and beyond for us.
Natasha at Tui Poulton le Fylde could not have been more helpful or efficient when dealing with us yesterday. Nothing was too much trouble and we were able to book with her quite easily. The personal touch is so much better than trying to do it on line. We will definitely be back.

I went into the store pretty much knowing what hotel I wanted in Cyprus and came out booking a comparable but different hotel, which was All Inclusive, slightly later in Spring and for a far better price. Big thank you to Nichola and her colleague; whose name escapes me, for all your help, advice and time.
