We have booked all sorts of trips/holidays through TUI Lisburn. Couples getaway, girly trips, Honeymoon, family holidays.  Never disappointed! Fabulous service and local knowledge, the staff especially Debbie! always go above and beyond to find you your dream holiday.

From the minute i walked into the shop on Sunday 12th February , I was greeted with a beautiful warm smile from a Lady called Joanne. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend this travel agents  and will be back , especially if they are all as good at their job as Joanne .

A few weeks ago, we just called in to change money, the young lady, Sarah was so helpful with some questions we had about travel vaccines and proof of covid status, etc... Suffice to say her customer service  skills were second to none, well done, very professional at her job

Highly recommend TUI Lisburn. Margaret helped correct my booking and by doing so got me an even better deal. She really went above and beyond. Easy to talk to and knew exactly what my requirements were. Would defiantly go into store when booking again.

Our second time booking a cruise , Roisin looked after us so much . Never had to worry about anything , kept checking in up till the holiday . Amazing service . Can't wait to go back and book again

Me and two friends called in today to find a price for a holiday, with 3 different budgets in mind . Debbie was absolutely fantastic at catering to all our needs . She found a holiday that suited all 3 familys and even better it was below all our budgets !!!. Would highly recommend

Highly recommended tui lisburn. I've booked holidays with tui lisburn on several occasions over the years. Margaret and her colleagues are more than helpful and will always get you the best deal possible.After discussing what I was looking for this summer,Margaret once again didn't let me down on getting me another good deal.

We would not book our holiday trips anywhere else staff at lisburn branch are 2nd to none had no issues over the years with them 1st class service.
