Recently visited the TUI Shop in Haverfordwest looking for a ideas for a lovely holiday. We were served by Jackie who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She had so much patience and took great care in finding the perfect holiday for myself and my husband. We will definitely go back to see Jackie for all our future holidays. What an excellent service!
I would give zero stars if I could! Drove 3 hours to airport to catch 7am flight. Refused boarding a flight to Greece. Because of the new EU restrictions that we did not know about. My aunties passport was valid until next year and she had all of her documents with her. And now we are out of money and a holiday. We contacted thomas cook travel agency who we went through in person and they did not help at all!!! Even though they checked the passports and said they were good to go when we booked the holiday!! Very disappointed and at a loss. This has been nothing bit stress. Just spent the whole day traveling back from airport and exhausted.
We wanted to book our honeymoon but were unsure where to go. We only had a rough idea of the kind of holiday we wanted. We were supported by the manager of the store Nicola to look through ideas. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us choose a hotel in no time. Throughout the booking process we also had contact with other staff members and all were very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful holiday and felt completely stress free knowing that everything was put in place and arranged for us. Couldn’t recommend Tui Haverfordwest and their wonderful staff more.
Myself and my husband went in to the haverfordwest branch yesterday looking to book a summer holiday for our family...we had a lovely lady named Jackie serve us and she was great! We were completely clueless on what we wanted and Jackie helped us navigate to the best option for us! Nothing was too much trouble! I'm sure it must have been annoying having to go back and forth trying to find the best place and deal for us but she did it all with a smile on her face and we booked our summer holiday! We are very excited and will definitely go back to book future holidays! Thank you!
Having called at Tui Haverfordwest many times to look for or book holidays, I and my partner Anne Bowles have always been attended to by Jackie. We have found Jackie to be extremely knowledgeable of her work and very aware of our needs. Jackie has always dealt with us with great patience and a genuine smile. She was instrumental in booking our first ever cruise with Marella cruises which we enjoyed enormously, it proved to be exactly what we had hoped for. All the staff at TUI Haverfordwest are very friendly, always professional and the shop is a great asset to the town.
First time booking in store rather than online, brilliant experience, would highly recommend. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Big thank you to Jackie and Sherrie for their recommendations of places to go and visit. Really looking forward to our trip to Paris.
Staff are always so professional and friendly 10/10 , we always book our holidays at Tui Haverfordwest. All the staff are friendly and give great advice. We booked to go to Greece and from start to finish they tailor made our holiday which made it perfect for us. Thank you will definitely be returning to book our next holiday with you!
Visited the store to get a last minute holiday and the staff were fantastic and helpful. All full of ideas and reviews of the hotel. So if you want a Holiday visit the store as the staff are very helpful better than on line as its got the personal touch.
Popped to Tui Haverfordwest to book a holiday with Debbie, so very friendly and full of good advice, explained everything, all payments and what's covered with the holiday. Nothing was to much trouble. Every time I visit everyone is so friendly & welcoming, highly recommended
Booked many holidays with Trista at this branch and she is fantastic! Wouldn't book anywhere else. Never had an issue and nothing is too much trouble.
