The staff at TUI Newark are amazing and so helpful! I needed help with a flight problem and the manager chased it up for me instantly and got the problem resolved!

The staff in newark are brilliant.  They are really knowledgeable and helpful. They do their very best to tailor a holiday to your needs. I've always used tui. Never been let down yet in the many years I've travelled with them.  What's also nice is the happy and comfortable atmosphere you're met with when walking through the door.

We booked a holiday to Cozumel with TUI in December 2019 but had to cancel at the 11th hour due to severe health issues and preparing for chemotherapy. The shop staff were incredibly understanding and very quickly sorted out a complete refund. We are going to book with them again.

All the lovely ladies who work here have always done their absolute best to sort out and book our holidays. Nothing is too much trouble and I wouldn’t go anywhere else
