We have booked our impending holiday via the Thomson shop in heswall and as we are travelling as a large group, we've had many queries and questions - each time I've phoned, the staff have been extremely helpful. Thank you for all your help, the count down is on until we fly! See you in august to book for 2018! 🛫👍🏻☀️🎉

Shocking!
Pushy and Rude.
Avoid them !
I felt humiliated - had £3000 to put towards a holiday and was told that I was being unrealistic.
The person serving me then shouted across to each colleague in turn to see if they had any suggestions "for this man who only has £3000 to spend". There were other customers in the shop at the time too.
Can't stress how dreadful an experience this was.
