Great friendly staff, always willing to help and give very good advice on a range of different holidays. Booking a holiday was easy, with all aspects discussed and the best price achieved. Email sent by the store with all the holiday details and received minutes after we left. TUI App available and holds all your travel information. Currency is also available on site from the very friendly staff, order to collect if not held in store. The best travel shop in North End, well worth a visit if you want to book a holiday
Booked my last holiday with Katie in here. Very friendly and welcoming experience. Katie booked us an amazing holiday to a hotel she recommended and had very good knowledge of this. I have booked my holidays in this shop for the last 15 years and all the girls really take care of me in here. I wouldn’t book my holidays anywhere else.
I have been booking holidays and short breaks with tui in north end for years now and can not fault this store, especially Josie who works there, they are amazing at finding me and my family our perfect holidays and breaks. Josie knows what we like so it’s always quick and easy to book, the prices are always great and everything is always so straight forward. We have booked huge family holidays to short weekend breaks and it’s always brilliant. Highly recommend them all at this store! You won’t be disappointed xxx

Have booked my holidays with tui north end for over 15 years and always feel my holiday is in safe hands. Amazing service and such happy and friendly staff. Last booked with Bonnie who made the whole experience quick and easy and was very helpful.
Katie and the rest of the staff were lovely and amazing! Katie particularly made me smile, went that extra mile and made sure I smiled regularly. Not an easy thing to do with me! So 5 stars.
Came in today with no idea where we wanted to go. Gave some rough ideas and thoughts to the lovely Katie, who listened to EVERYTHING we asked, she didn't show us anything that didn't match our preferences, very helpful and efficient.
