We have always booked with TUI Retford the team are so friendly and polite. We have extremely high regard for Ryan who is a magnificent ambassador for TUI . He has always had the patience and understanding what we require on our girlie holidays and the same has been when we have booked our group holidays with husbands. We have never ever been dissatisfied or disappointed. TUI management please take note you have an excellent employee in Ryan and an excellent shop in Retford.

We have been using the Retford store for a number of years, as find "face to face" better, than going on line, if we have any problems, we can pop along to the shop. We usually deal with "Mini" she was working behind the counter, but Jerome stepped in & took our booking. He was professional, polite & knowledgeable & he went through everything with us, comparing different bookings & timings to try & get the best price possible. Highly recommended, thank you.
