I visited the store today with my friend Irem looking to price a holiday.  We were greeted by the lovely Pauline straight away.  She was very friendly & knowledgeable. She answered any questions we had & made us feel very much at ease. As we were offered an amazing deal & received a high standard of customer service we booked our holiday there & then! Just like to thank Mary the tui rep for her kindness and friendliness in sorting out our extra luggage problem last week and Today in helping us to print off our boarding passes . Nothing  was a problem .

Travel Money Counter is Never available 1st thing, told to come back later on. Unacceptable, should be ready for Work as soon as the Doors Open.. UPDATE 29 APRIL, Store shuts at 5pm, my Wife went in at 4.30pm & apparently Travel Money Desk shuts at 4.30pm, since when did something in branch close at a different time ? Especially when all representatives were sitting down doing absolutely Nothing, in other word's it's Friday sun is shining & the staff want a flier, Nobody these day's want to Work or make Money,,  Tui your absolutely disgusting at Customer Service... Pull Your Fingers Out & Work..

Got some travel money here - great service and friendly staff.

I rang on Monday and spoke to Julie explained our holiday to Tenerife for 3rd  October had been cancelled by TUI. Julie was so nice and asked if we wanted to change to another holiday I explained that this was our 3rd holiday to be cancelled and under the circumstances we would prefer a refund.  I just wanted to thank Julie for all her help and understanding of our disappointment our refund has been received so thank you Julie and hopefully when we can get back to some normality we will definitely booking all our future holidays with you.
