I called in without an appointment to look at booking a holiday to Egypt in January. Kerry very kindly went through my options and mentioned that her colleague, Carly, had recently holidayed there. On the strength of their assistance and recommendation I booked and paid there and then. Extremely happy with the way I was looked after and will book with them again.

We have booked our holidays through TUI Congleton for the last few years and always got really good service. The staff are friendly and always happy to help. Kerry has looked after us and got to know us which means she has a really good idea of what suits us and is always willing to advise. Even last year when our flights were delayed Kerry supported us as best she could to get out compensation and stuck with us while we navigated the online compensation platform. I really can’t praise them enough I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you TUI Congleton.

We had a lovely/pleasant experience today booking our holiday. The ladies in store were so helpful, approachable and relatable. Even made us a brew.. They were honest with the price of holidays and suggested which were the better places to go for value for money. We booked as a group holiday, so the ladies helped us find what we wanted to suit both families. And we came out with a 10 day holiday much cheaper then expected. I just want to thank Caroline so much for being so helpful and going out of her way to book a suprise holiday for my daughter, grandson and myself to Greece. I had never booked a holiday before and Caroline was so professional and yet so kind explaining everything to me. Her patience with me was amazing as I hadn't a clue what I was doing. Fabulous and incredibly helpful staff! My husband and I wanted a break in Marrakech and we were looked after by Kerry who went to great lengths to help us. Very friendly, very professional and very helpful. Can't wait to book our next holiday!
