I have always booked holidays online before but as my partner and I weren't sure where to go we thought we would pop in the store to discuss options. We were warmly welcomed into the store by staff members and we sat with Laura to look at holidays. Laura went through all of our holiday 'must haves' and preferences and managed to find us the perfect holiday for a very reasonable price. I felt confident that Laura really wanted to help us find the holiday package perfect for us and was very personable and friendly throughout. I would not hesitate to book my future holidays with Laura and TUI Newton Abbot :

We'd previously booked holidays with TUI on-line but after having problems with the passenger locator forms in the past and finding the in-store staff so helpful we decided to go in-store to book this year's holiday. Joanne greeted us at the door and was very friendly and knowledgeable throughout our booking. We'd found a holiday on-line and the price was matched in-store. It's reassuring to know that if we have any problems or queries we can pop in to see Joanne at any time.  We were very happy with the excellent service we received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Newton Store.

Lucy from TUI helped us to book a last minute holiday to Italy and was super helpful in ensuring we had the best dates that offered the most time away in regards to flights, as well as choosing a package that was suited to our needs.  It was clear that what we wanted mattered and Lucy helped us to choose different things to help save us money. She was super lovely while we there and we can't wait to go on holiday!

Me and 2 of my family members all went down to Tui in Newton Abbot to book a holiday for next year for a large group of us. We were greeted by Georgia and she was absolutely fantastic. I cannot praise her enough. She was so friendly and helpful. It was personally my first time purchasing a holiday and she made it fuss free and easy to follow. She was also able to give us great information and save us money. Would definitely recommend them and especially Georgia

Just booked our holiday to Greece with Lisa in-store at Newton Abbot and was very happy with the experience. Lisa was informative, thorough, helpful and polite throughout and answered any questions we had. We have been using the Newton store for booking holidays for a number of years now and each and every time we have been delighted with all staff members and the service they provide. Yet again Anthea at the Newton Abbot store has come up trumps, she is amazing. I just have to pop into the store or give her a call as I did today with an idea of what I need and she delivers the perfect holiday every time. Nothing is too much trouble, she makes brilliant and helpful suggestions and makes the whole experience so easy. She is always on hand if you have a query, as are all the other staff. She has been booking our holidays for years, so much nicer than doing it online. Mauritius here we come.

How easy! We approached TUI with ideas, destination, temperature, facilities, style. After considering some options we ended up with a Cruise, what a joy! Molly talked though the options include type of cabin, which floor, busy or quiet. Promotions and saving, she was attentive and thorough. She even followed up after the booking to ensure we had our COvid passes.  Thank you we had a great time. meet some interesting characters. we will go again. Thank you Vikki

Booked a holiday with Georgia in store and she was amazing! Had to amend our booking to a later date less than 24 hours after due to me double booking ourselves and it was just by chance she helped us out both times. Myself and my partner had no clue what we were doing or looking for so having Georgia guide us has really helped. Thank you Georgia! Will definitely book again :

We have just booked our first family holiday with my nephew for next year. Molly has been amazing through the whole process, we had lots of questions and wanted to get the holiday right with a bit for everyone!!! Molly went above and beyond to help us create the best time!!! We are all on count down now, Thank you Molly.

Served by Lisa had a nice chat spent lots of time making sure our holiday will be nice. Had a nice coffee and felt she really cared about finding us a lovely place and had a lot of knowledge. Really excited about our holiday got a great price and felt the experience was a lot nicer having face to face chat and our questions answered. Will definitely always use tie Newton abbot for future holidays than booking online
