I was very unhappy about a situation which occurred with my booking and flight times, but the ladies in the Doncaster store were on hand to take on board my problem and acted quickly and professionally to resolve the issue. Rang store about our family holiday we have booked, as were a lot of questions I had before the trip and a partner with severe anxiety, I was going out my mind, spoke to a lady she was fantastic, from start to finish, put my mind at ease she was able to fully answer all my questions, and I didn’t feel rushed on the phone like I previously have before, and at the end of the conversation she said nothings any trouble just call back if your worried about anything else! Had a wonderful holiday shopping experience with Alysha at TUI Doncaster, she was a very pleasant young lady and made me feel very welcome time was never an issue i had sat there for a while making the right choices Alysha even gave recommendations as i wanted somewhere hot and sunny to which i booked what she had mentioned and the holiday from start to finish was perfect. Been into Doncaster store to enquire about a florida family holiday.
