Massive MASSIVE thanks to Katie at tui paignton for all her work in sorting out the annual lads snowboard trip .almost every year I sort out this trip by booking everything separately . I have to be honest it’s usually cheaper, however this year Katie worked hard in not only finding us the perfect snowboard trip in the 3 valleys , but matching the price as well ! It was so nice to just go in and pay bits off over the months instead of putting big lumps of money down to pay off the trip : nothing was too much trouble for her and in Fact we are all already booking up for next march . Klaudia was amazing at helping us find a suitable honeymoon to take our baby on aswell. We went into store a few times and all her colleagues were lovely too and very knowledgeable.
I would like to compliment one of your members of staff, I believe her name was Hannah. She was so helpful when looking to book a holiday to Italy. She helped me work out the best deal, flights and gave me advice on excursions. Her knowledge and experience was impressive.
