I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Tui travel agent in Waltham Cross to book a holiday for my family, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and felt immediately at ease. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the exceptional service provided by Lisa, our travel agent.  Lisa went above and beyond to help us find the perfect holiday to Alvor in Portugal. Her knowledge of the destination and attention to detail were impressive. She patiently answered all our questions, provided valuable insights, and tailored our holiday package to meet all our needs. Thanks to her expertise, we are now looking forward to an amazing trip.  What stood out to me was the importance of booking a holiday in person rather than online. The personal touch and professional guidance we received from Lisa made a significant difference. Visited the Waltham Cross store today to look at holidays for next summer. Couldn't of asked for better service from Melissa, she was very polite, friendly and helped us find our perfect holiday for summer 2025! There was also another lady in there who greeted us as we walked in sorry I can't remember her name and she was very polite and helpful, she even gave us feedback on the hotel we liked as she went last year! Thank you so much to these lovely ladies! We can't wait for our lovely holiday to halkidiki next year!

Staff are excellent, knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I always book my holidays in store and so do my family. My family and I always prefer to book our holidays in store with the support of a travel agent.  Charlotte is a amazing travel agent!

Amazing advice and assistance from Ashley helping us to book a fabulous holiday to Disneyland.  We are returning customers as her knowledge and expertise has helped us book some fabulous holidays in the past and we are already counting down to the next one.

We booked our holiday with Tara. V friendly and happy to help us with information and knowledge as we were undecided on destination. Appreciate these high street stores as it's much nicer to go in chat to someone and ask questions and then book once you have all the info you need.
