Rude and obnoxious staff. Tried to send money through western union for my 76 year old father to collect, his middle and first name were the wrong way around for the transaction so they didn't pay out but they dealt with the situation very badly (Laura) they were extremely rude and unprofessional. Perhaps a course in people skills and customer services wouldn't go a miss!
