I think this is the first time we've booked with one of Tui's town centre branches. Dariann was a delight. She was extremely personable, knowledgeable, yet very patient. She, "held our hand" throughout the holiday booking process - overall, a real delight. My wife and I left the branch feeling confident and assured. The whole experience with TUI Bury was made by the impeccable staff and manager. Everyone was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and I definitely will be returning in the future.

Excellent customer service when we visited the tui store in bury,  we were helped by Danielle who really went out of her way to assist us, she was really lovely and helped my husband who was struggling to apply for  our esta’s for our holiday to America well done Danielle your a star

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Me and my partner booked our first holiday together to Rome today with the amazing help of Ryan. He was so helpful in every way possible. Everything from our flight to our transfer was sorted for us with no problem. He even advised us with information on the Rome city pass that would save us money on visiting the attractions. Thankyou so much for your help today we will definitely be back to book our holidays with you again. :

Wonderful treatment by this team and it’s manager in helping me with my booking, relaxing atmosphere aswell as helping and friendly staff always there to make sure you’re comfortable aswell as informed.

Fantastic staff and lovely Atmosphere will always use this store and will recommend to my friends and family

Unhelpful rude staff member and pointless manager.  If you don't book from there store they refuse to help and tell you to email the hotel with any queries. This store have too many unhelpful people working there and need some urgent customer care training.

Just been in, dealt with Ryan. Great guy, brilliant service and credit to the company. Will be back to book with him for sure!  *UPDATE - Thanks Tui, went back last weekend too and booked a holiday with him personally we were that impressed.
