Had an absolutely EXCELLENT dinner here last night. Pheasant with celeriac gratin and red cabbage and a gorgeous glass of biodynamic red wine. Was delicious. And, for dessert I had the Christmas pudding semi freddo. It was divine. I've been coming to the Tavern for years, it's my local, and I absolutely love it. Well done guys.
Great place for pizza and beers, dog friendly too
Nice pub with a big beer garden in the front and the back, had some beer with some pizzas.
Great local! Very big, spacious pub that accommodates all from young families, four legged furry friends and post gym groups looking to refuel. A great main menu served at certain times but always has great pizzas on offer if you get your timings wrong.
Excellent quality and cozy atmosphere. The staff is following every Covid measure there is, so you feel safe while visiting. Interesting wine list and well thought menu of the day.
Great hidden gem and a hit with locals which is always a good sign! On the slightly more expensive side as far as gastropubs go but the food is fresh and great quality so I would say it’s good value for money. Would highly recommend.

Gorgeous pub a few minutes from Tufnell Park Station. Lovely outside space to the front and rear. Food is amazing!
