Mother has been resident here at Tudor Lodge for just over two years. Many of the staff remember my father, who was also there 8 years ago. It's lovely to see familiar faces each visit,  build those relationships and know that mother is being cared for safely and professionally by the best dedicated staff. Any requests are swiftly sorted and family are always kept up to date with any changes in care or medicine. Great selection of entertainment each day. So lovely to be working with independent owners.

Living abroad and having elderly parents with medical conditions cannot only be overwhelming but also extremely difficult. Tudor Lodge and their staff have made it possible for both my parents to have the opportunity to enjoy life to the fullest in a safe and thoughtful manner. They both receive excellent medical attention and all their needs are attended to in a caring and consistent manner. Tudor Lodge has excellent facilities and their team is very professional and committed to providing the best care possible to its residents and their family members. Rooms are bright, clean, and personalized. Tudor Lodge’s management team have been very supportive and informative during the process of moving my parents in, which can be a very a very stressful process, and have given me the peace of mind to know that my parents are well taken care off, and in a thriving environment. I Highly recommend it! And I am very grateful to them for all they do for their residents and their families.

I can’t speak highly enough of Tudor Lodge management team and their lovely staff. My Auntie was recently resident there for the last few months of her life. Her care was amazing and there was always some interesting activity for her to get involved in, if she wanted to. The standards at Tudor lodge are incredibly high and their attention to detail is noticeable, with clean, comfortable rooms and dedicated carers around the clock. Tudor Lodge is truly exceptional in every way! Thanks for making the final months of my auntie’s life, comfortable, memorable and worthwhile.

I have worked at tudorlodge nursing home for 5 years, previously working in the community for about 10 years, and it was the best decision I ever made, all the staff are lovely/friendly and very caring towards the residents. The management team, are always approachable and always willing to help you if a problem arises.

I have worked at this home for 11/12 years and for the Company for 15 years. Before working for them i worked in the banking industry  and would never turn back and I think this is down to this home. Everyone I work with is kind and compassionate and provide first class care to all of our residents. Our management team and owners are easy to approach with any issues whether they are professional or personal. I truly believe I work with a great team who all provide outstanding care to a very high level.

I have worked here for 4years and I can honestly say that I work with some of the nicest and most caring people. The staff I work with are highly experienced and qualified and very supportive, and this is backed up by great management and owners who are also very supportive. Working at Tudor lodge after 5years in domicilliary care was one of the best decisions I made and I am glad to say I am part of the team here.

My Great Gran is staying at Tudor Lodge and was very anxious about coming into a nursing home, but says "its wonderful and the staff are so helpful and kind , nothing is too much trouble" I love looking at the Tudor Lodge Facebook page and seeing how much fun she is having doing all the activities.

I worked for Tudor Lodge  about 3 years and I can say there is a very nice nursing home, the staff take care about the elderly , they are compassionate, friendly and lovely .

Great home for my parents  My mother has been a resident of Tudor Lodge for nearly six years. She was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and my father was her sole carer. When my Dad was no longer able to cope, we moved my Mum to Tudor Lodge and my Dad has visited every day since then. In January 2019, my Dad was also struggling with his health and being totally aware of his situation he asked the family to support him with respite in Tudor Lodge.  Tudor Lodge have always been very open and approachable and the grandchildren enjoy visiting and joining in with the numerous birthday celebrations we have had in the Lodge.  I have no doubt that I would have lost my mum by now without the care provided by the staff at Tutor Lodge. Six years after our first contact, I am more than happy and reassured that Tudor Lodge are now looking after both my parents.

I’d give it 0 if I could. Abuse and neglect and they get away with it even after being reported to cqc. Carers who announce they’d like to suffocate the residents. Not so caring. It was reported to management all the complaints that were heard and seen. Management breeched confidentiality and handled it in a unprofessional manner.
