Offereing a free 1 day guest pass online. Submit all my personal details to find out this club doesn't offer the deal. Now I get 4 phone calls a day from Tudor Grange leisure centre, no-one speaks when I answer. Will be making a complaint and GDPR request in person!
It was very cold in the baby pool and in the main pool showers were ok but would not stay on. I took my 3 babies and they were all crying because it was so cold. It was clean. Staff were lovely. I would not go again.
Lovely facility. Good changing rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Surprised that lots of people just swimming lengths in lanes, but I had fun with my granddaughter in the small pool nice and warm too.
Great brand new facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Fully loaded free weights area, brand new machines. Wide range of people in the gym from all backgrounds and age ranges. Positive energy and good vibes a plenty here.
We swim regularly at Tudor Grange on a Saturday. Usually at the 12.00pm or 1.00pm slot. This is usually a very pleasant experience. However last Saturday 17 Sept 3 boys continually jumped in bat the deep end also deliberately splashing me and my disable grandson.I did report to the lifeguard but no notice was taken. One boy also exposed his rear.
Disappointed with swimming lessons. Tutors are busy chatting with staff, kids are left on their own in the pool. No progress has been made during last 3 years, my child hated the lessons as water was cold. No effort from teachers at all, dirty floor, no hygiene, people wearing outside boots and kids are barefoot in the same location. Disgusted!
Haven't been for years as changing rooms were always fithy and disgusting. Was hoping to start going again but judging by the many negative reviews it's still the same. Shame as could be a nice leasure centre.
I don't normally give bad reviews but today's experience really put me off. My and my husband decided to take our 5 months old son to swim. I checked everything online I have seen they require pre-book but as things might be a bit unpredictable with infant I have decided to just check availability before we leave the house. We have arrived at 0945 and there still plenty of available space at 10am family session. We have asked a man on the reception desk if we can pay at desk or whether we need to do it through the app. He asked if we booked and I have advised that we didn't and explained why. He said he can see in the system there is no space available. I told him I can see there are spaces and I can just book through the app in front of him. He said he can see the pool is fully booked and he cannot lat us in but I can try if I want to. I obviously was able to book but he asked us to book junior tickets for our 5 months old!!! I have checked the website later on and I can see that babies under 5 years old go free.... After I booked the tickets we wanted to go and get changed but he said we have to wait for 10 o'clock to get in..... I could see other people with children walking in clearly booked the same time and we were just asked to wait ... Luckily the other lady on reception desk was kind and let us to walk in . We got into swimming pool two minutes before 10am and I could see two little girls trying to get into small pool. The bodyguard stopped them straight away..... But they were allowed two minutes later, at 10am... Ridiculous.... It's not military. Rules just for rules.... The water was cold and the floor in changing areas was very dirty.... We definitely will look for other swimming pool even though that's just few minutes away from us.
Nice staff, good pool, great swim teachers, free parking in large car park that's shared with Tudor Grange Park. But loses 2 stars as the swim change area is absolutely filthy. Doesn't look like the floor gets cleaned at all. Hair, dirty water, litter, chewing gum, dirt soil/mud all over the floor. Inside of the lockers are full of dust, debris & dirt as well. Ruins the whole experience.
One of the worst gyms I've ever seen, horrible service both in person and on the phone they've never actually picked up the phone so might as well disconnect it
