First time buying blinds from Tudor Blinds and we now know - the price is low for a reason. We ordered five blinds and to be fair, they arrived promptly and the measurements and colours were correct. However, the quality of the blinds is very low. The spring on one broke almost immediately and the tension on three more was terrible. We contacted Tudor Blinds and initially had a conversation with one of the employees who helped us tension the blind again over the phone. However, on tensioning the next blind, another spring broke. We contacted Tudor Blinds again about this as we had been told that there might be a way of fixing the broken springs or getting replacement springs sent to us. Unfortunately, our email has been ignored. So we're stuck with two broken blinds and a further two we're too scared to re-tension, lest the springs on them break as well. We'll be returning to our initial blinds company in the future.
As a satisfied previous customer I ordered replacement slats for two blinds. Chose a blind, however asked for a swatch to check its suitability. Decided to order the blinds but when they came they were not the same pattern or quality of the swatch I received. Transpired that the wrong swatch was sent, labelled incorrectly. Contacted Tudor and Paul dealt with the problem in a friendly, professional manner and new blinds as per the swatch were dispatched quickly and which are lovely. Can’t fault service and will use again.
Ordered 40 replacement slats less than a week ago, I honestly didn’t expect them to arrive so soon. I’m absolutely delighted with them and will use this place again when replacing the rest. Happy customer
After reading all the negative comments here, i was a bit afraid to order from them, but i did took the chAnce and i dnt regret one bit. I Love the blinds and they are very good quality and the price was the best out of all.Delivery a bit longer then i expected but when I emailed them,they did get back to me. I will definitely order from them again. Thank you emma
I have very recently replaced all our vertices blinds with the help and great service received from Tudor Blinds, of Newry. Prices very comparative, service 1st class, and very speedy delivery on each order. I have no hesitation in recommending Tudor Blinds, as being the best to do business with always.
Would give them a zero if I could. Ordered blind back Nov 2020 still got no blind. Told my calls would be returned and never were. Owner is rude and just doesn't seem like he wants the business. Disgraceful company. Don't know how they are still in business. Did not forget to mention it. Not once on the many calls I made was I asked for a deposit. Just kept being told i would get a call back. No call ever received. I was told it was in the shop ready to go. No contact made to arrange fitting. No chance would I ever pay you a deposit after the shoddy service I received from day 1. Also, I am fully aware of someone at present who has foolishly paid you a deposit and yet you are dodging their calls too. Useless is an understatement.
Happy with our replacement slats from here. We ordered replacement vertical slats as ours were dirty and the cord broken. We ordered the weighted ones rather than corded. One slat was a bit creased from transit but we put it at an edge where we won't see it and I imagine gravity will help over time. Also took a few weeks to come but this was no doubt influenced by Covid and Christmas. Other than that they were perfect and measurements as we asked. Makes our conservatory look a lot brighter and much cheaper than quoted through a local blinds company. Thanks!
I ordered several sets of replacement vertical slats to replace old grubby ones in the house. All of the replacements were of good quality and cut nicely to the custom lengths I ordered. One single slat crossed a join in the material during the cutting process, but it only took one quick email and they responded quite quickly with an explanation as to how it occurred, and that a replacement would be sent which has now been received. Would recommend.
Ordered blinds during the Covid19 outbreak in March so worried the bespoke order may not be fulfilled. Tudor Blinds delivered my exact order. Especially as I an in London. Issued with a three week delivery date. Delivered on time. All parts in place. Fitted well. Functions well. Very nice quality product. Would use them again.
Although the company does not offer much in the way of customer service, however the blinds are always great. The prices are excellent and you get what you ask for. Delivery is about 2 weeks or slightly less. I will definitely buy again. Julie Fletcher a satisfied customer.
