Absolutely appalled. Ordered a wrap with salad, even said on the receipt ALL SALAD but the staff completely ignored that. Called up to complain n told where to go n that if we had said we wanted salad we should've said but IT WAS CLEARLY ON THE RECIPT.

Will not be ordering from here again. Just ordered a vegetarian burger for them to place the bun on the exact part of the grill where raw chicken is cooked also then used the same tongs to pick up the vegetarian burger from the fryer! I then asked for a fresh bun to be ignored and the other bun used.
Really nice staff and amazing food and also very fast delivery thank u very much delivery drivers grant ,and enya and also the owner ali and turgut thank u very much highly recommend.

What a joke! Can't get food order right and then when they send a replacement it's half the size as usual. Never again. You've just lost some very good customers!
