Contacted Tuckers Solictors two weeks ago to discuss a case . Left numerous messages assured a member of the team would be responding. Poor attitude incompetent and a waste of time. Plenty of this mug Solictor firms about all talk and no substance. I would expect the level of service provided by a firm based in a thrid world country.
I must say I ve seen Stephen davies in action and is a outstanding solicitor get straight to the point 100% frights for the people. Im glad i had the opportunityto meet him .
Was waiting at court 5 times called office to as they have provide representation at plea - and at sentence day they keep cancelling and waited in the end of day Friday 5 pm all day looking if anyone can represent me at court from Tuckers . V v bad Me. J. Young walked away straight after court without any exhalation from what day starts curfew. Like all solicitors to their client did when I was waiting them in court all day With all respect to Julian he treated me that could not be worse Than that .
They don't stand up for you but there lawyers just disappear after taking your case. I case of police cases they just vanish. Avoid then to avoid disappointment.

I was told that I would definitely need representation as it was my first time going to court so I didn't understand what I needed to do. They said I would not be entitled to free legal representation which I found to be a lie. On my court date, the solicitor that I paid £500 for turned up 1 hour and a half late, by that time I had enough and cancelled the solicitor and also got free representation from a duty solicitor. Before my court date the service was poor, never calling on time, leaving me hanging for days. I would advise if you are looking for an efficient solicitors service, to NEVER EVER EVER use Tuckers! All they do is add to the stress! And in reply to the guy below talking about the phone line. I was wondering where all my minutes went!!!!
Massive firm with experience in defending any criminal charge
I initially was with a different firm, and switching to Tuckers was the best decision. Very quick to get stuff sorted, go the extra mile, called me back a lot, made it clear what needs to be done to prepare the best defence. My personal solicitor managed to get a top Barrister to represent me in court and got loads of mitigation together and made a plan of what to and how to go about my specific case, whilst other firms will just see how it goes.
OMG what a scam. I got my phone bill and just ringing them for 10 minutes cost me £11. Shame! Spoke to a solicitor female who refused to give her name. She was acting weird and I asked for her name during the call and she said "I dont even know your name so I wont tell you mine". Then she hung up the phone. I was a prospective client.
