Total rip off. jet washed my drains when even the guys doing them said that would make no difference. Threatened with debt collectors if I didn't pay. Absolutely shocking behaviour from this company

Honestly the worst  company I have dealt with. Hires them to sign off a water pipe. They came out inspected it and didn't give the right certificate. Asked for a new certificate and they said yes but never received one. Not sure if they are actually wras certified as it says on their website. Completely useless I got United utilities to sign it off in the end. Avoid at all costs

I had trouble with the toilet cistern, my wife got the number for TT Drainage off the pink card that's delivered to peoples doors and explained the problem. A lad  turned up the same day looked at the job and explained what he was going to do to repair the cistern, i.e. take it away and replace it with a new one, returning the next day, this i agreed to and signed to the job. The next day promp the lad called to say he was on his way to finish the job, good service indeed !. An hour later the van turned up with two lads to finish the job, shouldn't take too long i thought it only took 1/2 or so to take it out. They explained that the couldn't replace the whole of the cistern but had replaced all new parts inside and showed this to me, good i thought. Nearly three (3) hours later they finished the job between them and apologized  for the bill that they were giving to me, this turned out to be £294.00 that was for parts and labour. Never again will this company be used by me or recommended to anybody. I have no complaints about the outcome of the job done, at the moment.
