I have been working with this company for 6 months at first was given full time work how ever in the last few months they have just been giving me cover work if someone is on holiday or sick. I contacted the control room to cancel a shift as I am asthmatic and my breathing was affected however Ibrahim from the control room tried to argue with me and cancelled all of my remaining shifts as I’ve turned up for work I’ve seen I have been replaced and not notified the control room is full of incompetent people who look down on you as a security guard. DO NOT WORK HERE
When I first started working for TSS everything was OK until I had issues logging into my javelin portal. I profusely asked them for help for me to access my G4S Javelin portal but they gave me the same instructions that I tried a few times but nothing worked! They made me work in shops in rough areas, they claimed to received complaints about me even though I was just doing my job alright. No help from them, no professional communication, kept calling me about the time i should if worked but i just been following my rota, they kept calling me between 7-8am which annoys me so much! They called me a couple of times saying i should of started at the time on their plan, but I told them that i was following the times on my rota, they got annoyed when I told them that! Also yesterday they paid me half the salary I was suppose to get, even though I've been working full time, 4/5 days a week!!! TSS are a joke!! And are also cheapskates!! Terrible company!!! I don't know why they are still around!! I'm planning on leaving them soon!!!
I worked 6 months with this company. Was interviewed for one job, when I started it was for totally different site and hours. But was for a regular long term contract... Was a lie. Was short term. I ended up being messed about and I became cover work for others sick leave or holidays, losing thousands every 2 months. Lie after lie. And the office were unable to report an incident I put across, not knowing what to do. No communication between them. I've started another job and I've quit this company, but still get calls as they don't know what they're doing. It's a joke.
This company has done nothing but treat me horribly during my time here. The instructor shouted, swore and threatened to fire people for asking about pay.nI haven’t met my supervisor once within the 5 months I have worked here and my manager hasn’t picked up the phone in 3 months to speak about my schedule I’ve left voicemailsnThey refuse to accept their incompetence e.g., in training 8/13 people did not receive the correct uniform and we were to be blamed. When calling for a shift, the phone operators are under the assumption they are HR, threatening to fire you for asking about pay or not being able to work on days you haven’t scheduled. I was berated for not being able to travel to work because they withheld my pay check.nnTruly I am confused as how to a phone operator can get such a job when they cannot speak the language close to fluently.nnIf you ever see a TSS employee, just ask for their opinion of the company and you’ll hear the same thing.
The worse company that you could ever work for. Their control room it’s full of incompetent people , they can barely speak English and half of them are not even qualified to work there. If you ask any “complicated” and “complex” questions they will hang up the phone on you as they wouldn’t know how to answer. DO NOT WORK HERE!!!!!
