Today 2/09/2020 I went to this bank for a statement as I just moved to the area, except one staff who were sitting on the left the other one who doesn't know anything about customer service or meaning of the words of "thank you"or "please","is there anything I could help" or "you are welcome", insted she was too busy try to make people feel too small.she was Really rude treated me like why you are here for what, She really have to learn how to treat the customer in friendly manner. We were in the queue within 1m social distance but this particular customer service assistant could not handle every now and and on door opening and closing due to sense of people standing,so she told her work colleague to clear the area completely, then people in the queue were outside in the rain and 5 m distance from the only one customer inside the bank,even though we were keeping distance from those who was coming out from the bank and only at that time. Always find excuses to treat people small. When the bank were closed due to these pandemic where I was living before moved to Highland so my cheque was expired that I didn't know,but the customer service assistant gave me wrong information,as she told me that "where cheque was offered are able to put money instead cheque" when she knew nothing about where it offered or policies of them are could cover to give money or not. Not all the tsb bank are like this branch, but this branch make shame to those who does good job. Absolutely job worth of this particular customer service assistant in Dingwall in Highland, not giving good customer service is not a crime. But no one likes to treated like her pushover.
