Having recently moved to TSB Milngavie I cannot praise the staff highly enough. Margaret and Morven, are excellent. Nothing is too much trouble. First class service.

When visiting the branch, it was apparent that the staff were unhelpful, hostile, and lazy. Although it was a Friday afternoon, this is still not acceptable. I needed £200 of £5, and after seeing £600 worth in the till (in bundles of 100) they would only give me £100 worth. When trying the other cashier, they simply replied with "Err NO" completely shocked and disappointed, I then went to bank of Scotland (just down the road) and they were happy to give me as many as I needed.
