Asked for large sum of money.They gave it me ALL in old notes I requested this day before via telephone service. which they emailed to them. When I got home I rang and complained. The person who served me said if I wanted other notes not all old £20 notes I would have to wait one week probably. I have been with prestatyn tsb 35 years and never had a problem but this lady attitude was absolutely disgusting so much so I will probably close my account. Customer service in this branch after 33 years of great service since manager and old staff left has gone down the drain. In fact there is no customer service politeness at all.
Lloyd's? Lloyd's TSB! or just TSB? THE STAFF IN THIS PLACE ARE LOVELY AND VERY HELPFUL. Goodness knows who they are run by in the background. Probably Royal Bank of Scotland , don't know where I stand, can only say all I wanted was a checkbook but according to their records I never had one nor can I? Sorry but I do have all my old checkbook stubbs so one of us is confused and it's not me!!
Doesn't this bank ever answer their phone. Have rung over 20 times today but still nobody is bothered to answer. Great service, keep up the good work !!!!
This place is hardly ever open. I understand with covid. But surely they are safe behind them screens.... their opening hours are ridiculous even on the days they are open.
Very friendly and helpful. I've been with this bank for years and have never had any problems.
Tried to call no answer. Got another number from their customer services. Still no answer. I wouldnt bother banking with them. As i cant arrange an appointment and live nearly 100 mile round trip away!!
No one there to sign for recorded delivery the post man was at the bank 11 is disgrace
