Twice l have visited this branch over the last 2 months, first time to update my phone number, second time to make a deposit. First visit l was asked why l moved to the area and my work status. Second visit the nosy teller started looking into my account like my time doesn’t mean anything to her and started asking me to upgrade my account and telling me l ‘should’ have home insurance. I suffer from social anxiety and l find this extremely intrusive, rude, annoying and unnecessary. l will be in contact with the Chief Executive regarding this and if it continues l will close my account and bank elsewhere.
