The bank is a busy shop very friendly and helpful staff yes it was good thanks
Staff are very friendly and helpful. It was busy when we arrived but the queue moved fast. Difficult to find parking as it is on a busy street.
Coming to report my mother’s death for the 2nd time because a cause of death certificate and a funeral invoice wasn’t enough. Still waiting at least 40 mins after arriving. No compassion or urgency even after being told I have other appointments for funeral arrangements to make.
I would like to change me review to a 5 star. Massive credit to Brian at the front counter. Went in on Saturday regarding a missing cheque that was rejected due to it being in joint names. Brian wasn't able to allocate there and then, however took ownership of the situation, said he'd call me back, which he did do and was able to resolve the situation,hassle free. Thank you Brian.
Hopeless as every other bank just choose who you,d like to be screwed off and join that bank, makes no difference, this bank have only two left open north of the Clyde give them your money. definitely not quick n easy. Wish there employees would stop leaving review self praise is no praise at all.
